Factotum Question

There doesn't seem to be a RAW answer that google will spit out, so I was wondering if Brains Over Brawn from the factotum class in Dungeonscape applies to attack and damage rolls. It does apply to initiative, and since swinging a sword uses strength, would you get the bonus to attack and damage like you would str (in the same way the shadow hand feat from Bo9S, or weapon finesse functions)?

No. Damage/Attack is not a strength check, its a bonus based of Strength, so it doesnt work. The best use it trip, as you get Str+Int to trip checks.

Hmm, ok. Yeah, that makes sense, especially when considering cunning insight does that.
