Pathfinder Monster - Crossroads Devil

Hey guys,

This is my first post on Giant in the Playground, after a few years of browsing.

This is the first monster i've ever made from scratch, so im hoping to get some critique. As the title indicates its a pathfinder monster called the Crossroads Devil.

What kind of a devil bargain for your soul without some bluff?
Also, +24 racial perception and only +26 final?

It's really late, so I only really went for easy things like skills. I might go over it more seriously tomorrow morning (I know it's technically today, but tomorrow doesn't begin until I get some sleep!)

The crossroads devil is supposed to be very honest and up front about the deal, without needing to bluff. The point is his goodies are so tempting he doesn't need to trick anyone into selling their soul.

Thats also why he doesnt have spells like suggestion.
