What kind of stats would be appropriate for a Vulture familiar in Pathfinder? Would a hawk be the best choice, or is there something I haven't thought of yet?

Vulture: A vulture familiar uses the statistics for “hawk” in the Monster Manual and grants its master a +4 bonus on Fortitude saves made to resist disease.

Or a +4 bonus on "profession: undertaker".

Thanks, I figured Hawks would be good representation of a small vulture. As for the bonus, I figure the +2 to Fort saves that Rats give would work.

I'd go for the Eagle stats myself, considering vultures are not Tiny birds. But then again, Eagle isn't explicitly listed, so a Hawk might do for a young vulture?

There are a number of smaller hawk-sized vultures on Earth, so I was figuring it'd be one of those species. I'll probably go with a bonus to Fortitude saves.
