If I were to be creating an epic spell reflection similar to this (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/spells/epicSpellReflection.htm) via the epic spell rules, what DC increase would you apply in order to allow the user of the spell to suppress (or resume) the reflection effect as a free (or standard, or swift, or move) action once it's been cast? Otherwise, it would block beneficial spells as well as offensive ones, potentially including spells cast by the possessor of the effect in the first place (making it remarkably less useful).

Is there precedent for the sort of DC increase to put in place? If not, what would you charge for it?
