Scry, Teleport, & Fry

I wonder, can we build a spontaneous arcane spellcaster who can skip the teleport part above and just "scry & fry"?

Since I'm not very familiar with the books yet, if you add a PrC or any other such thing, can you source it?

Well, if Psionics are spontaneous enough for you, Remote Viewing (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/remoteViewing.htm) is pretty much what you ask for in a can.

Alternatively, uh, something like Fell Drain (Libris Mortis) Nightmare (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/nightmare.htm)?

You can cast Detect X and Message through Scrying. For Detect Evil (or whatever) you can use Snowcasting (from Frostburn) to give it the Cold descriptor. Now you can apply the Flash Frost metamagic (PHBII) to it. From there, Fell Drain (Libris Mortis), will make them take 1 negative level.

I'm sure there is a way to work it with Message, but you can't use Flash Frost on it.
