Artificer question

i know it may seem like a silly question but can an artificer also imitate psionic and invocation effects?

Nope. There is an alternate version of the artificer in the book Magic of Eberron called the Psionic Artificer that creates psionic items and uses their powers though.


Artificers only work with their infusions along with the arcane and divine magic lists (to create items that are neither arcane nor divine).

If you're playing in a psionic campaign then it could be very cool to play a Psionic Artificer while picking out feats to increase your resistance to psionics since a character of that type would be pretty much the only powerful psionics user without the Psionic subtype.
