Quick question about psychic reformation, are you constrained by the level of powers you could have gotten during the levels you are "fixing" or are you free to learn powers from any level you could currently?
ex. the 12th level psion manifests psychic reformation on himself, modified to cover the last 6 levels, could he then assign all those powers to 6th level powers, or would he have to assign the powers at 6 to 3rd level and below, at 7 and 8 to 4th power and below, etc.
