This spell says that the caster summons up an abyssal entity and binds it to a corporeal undead, cool right?
But then the spell continues to say that the new creature is indifferent to you, does that mean that the conciousness of the original abyssal entity is destroyed, notice that the description says Binding, not possessing, how would this work for a skeleton?
How would it work for sentient undead, e.g. vampire/ pc necropolitan?
would it be similiar to pactbinding like pact magic? the spell is incredibly vague
