Okay, so I'm trying to pick out one 9th level spell I would choose above all the others (excluding Gate and Shapeshift, cause I don't need them), and I stumbled on this:

Now, the spell says it acts like Shadow Conjuration, save for this;
-except that it mimics conjuration spells of 8th level or lower.
Shadow Conjuration quantifies this statement by saying it only copies conjuration spells of the 'creation' or 'summoning' types. However, Shades states it mimics conjuration spells, full stop.
So, can I actually use every conjuration spell of 8th level or lower with Shades? Help with this little RAW issue would be helpful! :smallsmile:
