What are the best ways to deal with enemies with damage reduction like Cold Iron and Adamantine when you usually fight in Wildshape?

Mouthpick (LoM) weapons can be wielded by any creature with a bite attack. Just drop it next to yourself before you wildshape, and pick it up after.

Ring of Adamant Touch from the MIC is 6000g, and makes all attacks count as magical. Bracers of Weaponry Arcane are also in the MIC, allow you to count as magical and silver, and should work with natural weapons. I think there is a cold iron fang spell in BoED.

Nope. The only way to bypass DR/cold iron is Necklace of Natural Weapons or Kensai with the Morphing, Transmuting, or Shadow Striking properties.

Another possibility might be Shape Soulmeld (Crystal Helm) + Open Least Chakra (Crown). This gives all your melee attacks the [force] descriptor, which I think means they count as energy damage and thus they bypass all DR.

Daggerspell Shaper can keep the properties of daggers in her hand when she wild shapes. It doesn't say anything one way or another about special materials, but as a DM I'd allow them to stick.

The epic feat Penetrate Damage Reduction does it- your natural weapons and melee weapons count as being of the material selected, for the purpose of overcoming DR.

If your DM will allow Pathfinder, there's always Eldritch Claws (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/eldritch-claws). Might be worth the cost of a feat if you're fighting fey Vampires all the time :P

Strength Devotion feat from Complete Champion gives you adamantium attacks. And an extra slam attack.
