Say you're almost out of Warblade maneuvers and you want to refresh them. I know you definitely can't use a Warblade maneuver in the same turn as the one you're refreshing in, but could you use a Crusader maneuver?

No.

"You cannot initiate a maneuver or change your stance while you are recovering your expended maneuvers, but you can remain in a stance in which you began your turn." Tome of Battle, p. 22.

It doesn't specify just warblade maneuvers, so it applies to all maneuvers.
