I've not been able to find one via google (my google foo isn't exactly strong). I've noticed that this forum has a lot of handy things like this(or at least a link), i.e. building a character backround in 10 minuits.

I'm asking, as I have an awesome idea for a campaign and world to put it in, but I have no experience, and most of my local DM's prefer to just wing things with the idea in their head. I want to be at least a little bit prepaired if my players are nice.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. =D

Shakespeare & Dragons (http://www.podcastdirectory.com/podcasts/32381) is probably the best I've encountered.

Looks like it'll be good. Unfortunately my bandwith is discustingly below par (stuck on a navy ship for a while). I bookmarked them incase I have a computer for an extended period of time and can download a few of them.

This (http://www.elfwood.com/farp/thewriting/liljenbergworlds/liljenbergworlds.html) is technically more for building fantasy and science fiction worlds for novels, but the same principles mostly apply.

Fantastic(see what I did there ). This is exactly the sort of thing I was looking for, minus the DMing part. There's plenty of DMing guides though. Thanks a bunch!
