There is a spell to power Erudite variant in this (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070629a) web enhancement. Pretty much, it lets the Erudite learn spells from willing (or unconscious) subjects, as well as powers.
The wording in fuzzy on what spells are available to StP Erudites, it could merely be the spells they have prepared, or their entire spell list of spells known. Is there any RAW answer to what spells are available?
Also, there's an ACF in Dragon #354 called Eidetic Spellcaster, which allows Wizards to trade in their familiar and the Scribe Scroll feat for the ability to do without a spellbook; they store their spells known in their head. If only prepared spells were available from normal Wizards, then would the entire spell list be available from these?
