Is Ultimate Combat Out Yet?

Is Ultimate Combat actually out yet? Paizo's website's pretty vague about release dates, but it says the Hardcover is available and the PDF's won't be circulating until next week. Does that mean the print editions are out, as in on bookstore shelves, or that the book is finished and people who pre-ordered it are getting it and it can be purchased off the site, but it's not on the shelves themselves yet?

Subscriber shipments have been processing all week, so those customers have access to the PDF already. Non-subscribers cannot buy the PDF until the 4th. The print copies are being released at GenCon.
