[Hmmm... Well, I think Darklord Asmodeus is a uniquely fitting card if you're trying to make a Sephylon Chaos deck, since he can dump the Dark and Light monsters you need very tactically. However, if your priority is to make a viable Sephylon Chaos Deck, then Darklord/Archlord is not the best way to accomplish this. I would instead recommend a Lightsworn deck that runs Doppelwarrior, Junk Synchron, Tour Guide, Sangan and Plaguespreader Zombie. The Lightsworn will mill cards into the graveyard rapidly to set up for Sephylon, Envoy, Chaos Sorc, even potentially Dark Armed Dragon and Judgment Dragon, depending on how you build it.
