I'm playing a Focused Specialist(Transmutation) Wizard 3/War Weaver 5(planning Archivist 1/Mystic Theurge later), and I can't decide on my level 6 feat(and level 9 when we hit it). So far I have Enlarge Spell, Sanctum Spell, Extend Spell, and Metamagic School Focus(Transmutation).

Any ideas?

There is a feat somewhere that makes all the (animal's characteristic) +4 to a stat spells +6. Animal power or something. Could be worth a look.

May I recommend grabbing Combat Casting for entry into Spellguard of Silverymoon. What's better than sharing all of your buff spells? Sharing all of your formally personal only buff spells,:smallcool:

Spellguard sounds like it has a lot of fluff that would get in the way of things.

As for that feat to increase ability-enhancing spells, I actually don't have a lot of those since the party has magic items that do the same thing.

A good feat for you once you go all theurgy might be Alternative Source Spell. Lets you fill your Arcane Slots with Divine Spells you know, and vice versa. I always take it for my theurge characters.

You may also want to take the Spontaneous Healer feat if you go Archivist

For now, maybe things to lower your current metamagic costs. Like Easy Metamagic [Extend], or Persist Spell for some nice all-day buffs.

You can seldom go wrong with Minor Shapeshift (CMage), especially as a Transmuter. It'll add YEARS to your life. The pool of temp HP that you can refresh every round is rediculously useful for not dying. Gets in the way of casting quickened spells, but in any round you get hurt, you can skip the quickened spells to refresh your 8 temp HP.

Spellguard does have a lot of fluff tied to it inherently, but nothing is stopping about working with your DM to adapt it to his campaign world, another city, or some such similar.

Barring that, Minor Shapeshift is an amazing way to blow swift actions without using spells or items.
