Catfolk in PF

Catfolk (RotW) gets quite good attribute bonuses and minor skill bonuses, but not much besides that. Would it be a +0 or +1 CR race in PF? It has +1 LA and if I remember correctly it gets +1 CR as a monster.

For LA +0, I think they would need to be bumped down to a mere +2 in net attribute gain, even in Pathfinder. +4 tops for lack of other racial features, but just their landspeed alone is a decent racial trait to set them apart without a stat advantage.

And I guess I might as well bring this up since someone always mentions it as a reason for their LA: Catfolk Pounce is a somewhat decent feat (Pounce only VS flat-footed targets, as if charging wasn't conditional enough) but not nearly enough to warrant special consideration.
