How much Quintessence to submerge a medium character?

What it says on the tin. The power description isn't exactly helpful beyond how much it provides (1 oz, which is apparently 1 inch in diameter) and I'm not sure what the average surface area of a medium creature is to determine how much I'd need to preserve somebody. Halp?

A 1 inch sphere is about half a cubic inch in volume. Assuming the gooey substance is 1/4" thick it will cover 2 square inches. Assuming it's only 1/8" thick (about as gooey as honey or a little gooier I think), it will cover 4 square inches. A typical human body is about 2800 square inches, 700-1400 dollops.

Let's say you had 140 power points. That comes to 35-70 days. But there aren't any costs involved besides time, so the real answer is "after a long break from adventuring".
