Is there any ACF, spell, or ability which allows you to affect plant creatures with your spells, spells like Enlarge Person or Animal Growth?

I don't know of any.

Best route would be to suggest to your DM that the 'Spark of Life' spell, which turns undead into living creatures for the duration, can also work on Plants. Page 197 of the spell compendium.

Failing that, research a spell. :S

Not that I've ever seen.

Spells like enlarge person only effect people, as to be limited in power. So you can't use low level spells to effect 'anything'.

There are spells that effect plants, of course...Plant growth and such.

Oh!

Well in core for plant creatures, you will need at least Polymorph, or polymorph any object. There is command plants and control plants, of course. You should note that tons of spells just effect 'living creatures', such as rage, or 'creatures' like bull's strength.

For homebrew there is a 3rd level 'enlarge monsters' spell that can effect anything.(I've never seen it in a wizards book though)
