Oneiromancy?

Hey, I keep going through sourcebooks and such, and repeatedly keep hearing references to Oneiromancers, or Oneiromancy, but have never managed to pinpoint it. Does anyone know where to find it?

Its from Heroes of Horror, I believe its a feat similar to the Mother Cyst line, where one feat gives you access to a lot of Oneiromancy spells.

It's a general term for dream-related magic. I believe the rules most commonly cited on the subject are in Heroes of Horror.
