Poison Candy (3.5)

One of the players in our DM group recalls reading about a poisoned candy item - a small, rock hard thing, given to children in hopes of killing them (they did about 1 or 2 points of damage.) But, we looked in Vile Darkness, in Heroes of Horror, and in Libris Mortis - but we can't find the thing. Could someone tell us if the item actually is, and what it says in its splatbook?

Bloodsweets! They're from Ghostwalk. (Why do I know that off the top of my head?) Yeah, Ghostwalk, page 70.

Yeah, I made a personal promise to myself to use them at some point, but never got around to it. Great item.

You could also feed them lots of shrink item-ed sweets. Should be fun when the spell expires.
