Generally, you PM the mod that gave you the infraction, explaining, in a civil way, why you believe that you receiving the infraction is unfair. If they see your point, they may reverse it, but if not, you can either take it up with Roland or let it drop and just try not to do the thing again. Infractions aren't really that big of a deal.
