So everybody knows that most CRs are terrible and you need to recalculate the CR for each monster individually in order to get anything good out of it, because WotC couldn't come up with an accurate CR if their lives depended on it. Some threads, such as this one (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187046), seek to correct all the CRs in one book, one creature at a time.
My question is: has anybody collected a list of corrected CRs for all the monsters in 3.5, so that a DM need only consult this centralized list every time they want to hand out XP, instead of going with the published CR or trying to come up with one on the fly?
If nobody has done so already, would creating such a list be a non-impossible undertaking?
