Whisperknifes Superior Catch ability

The way I'm reading this ability, it grants you up to 2 extra attacks, is this correct? If so is this above and beyond your normal number of BAB derived attacks and what attack bonus do you use?

Superior Catch does not grant you any extra attacks. It does, however, allow you to use returning weapons to make more than one attack per round - normally, you can only attack once per round with such a weapon, and it will come back to you in the next round.

Ahh, that makes sense. Saves me some cash though! Now I don't need to have so many returning daggers for my thrower build.
