Book 4 at Gencon?

I've never been to Gencon, and I'm actually just giving money to a friend who's going, but should book 4 be on sale at booth #1649?

Well, the new book will certainly be on sale, but if you're thinking to "Don't split the party", well, the simplest thing is to ask directly Ookoodook.
