Magic Items that let you spend Psionic Power Points

The example item I'm thinking of is the Reach Gauntlets - which lets you spend a power point to get an extra 5 foot reach 3/day.

Are there any others out there that let you spend power points for various effects? Especially for non-manifestor classes?

Any weapon made out of Deep Crystal (XPH) lets you spend 2pp for +2d6 damage on your next attack that hits within 1 minute.
