Hello all! Recently I realised that I never completed the first project I posted on this forum, Beexjotra's Aggressive Gesticulation. Well, after all these months I have finally got round to making a working version (which still needs testing and improving :smalltongue:). Opinions and improvements anyone?

Felton's Aggressive Gesticulation.

Transmutation
Level: Sor/Wiz 8
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One object or creature weighing up to 2128 lb.
Duration: 1 round/level / Concentration; see text.
Saving Throw: Reflex Special/Fortitude Special/ None
Spell Resistance: No

Felton's Aggressive Gesticulation creates a large magic hand that appears between you and one opponent. This floating, disembodied hand then comes under the casters full control, mimicking the actions of there right or left hand, at the casters choice, perfectly.

The hand is 10 feet long and about that wide with its fingers outstretched. It has as many hit points as you do when you are undamaged, and its AC is 20 (-1 size, +11 natural). It takes damage as a normal creature, but most magical effects that don't cause damage do not affect it. The hand never provokes attack of oppurtunity from opponents. It cannot push through a wall of force or enter a antimagic field, but it suffers the full effect of a prismatic wall or prismatic sphere. The hand makes saving throws as its caster. Disintergrate or a successful dispel magic destroys it. The hand has a movement speed of 40ft.

This hand may then be used for a number of purposes, including imitation of Bigby's spells bull rushing, attacking, crushing (as described by Bigby's spells of the same type) though does not function as such as with Bigby's Interposing Hand as the caster of Felton's Aggressive Gesticulation is able to be affected by such spells as to obscure the subject from them. Also, as well as this, when mimicking a Bigby spell, the strength of the hand is set at 30.
Other actions that are included are any that could be feasibly done, but amongst those three are listed below; Throwing, Lifting and Sweep.

Throwing: In order to throw something (Of a weight less than 1064b), a successful grapple must be intiated, at which point the creature may then be rapidly carried 40ft and released in a direction of the caster's choice. At this point, the creature or object is released, sending them flying distance of 50 ft, and causing 1d12 damage on impact if the surface is hard such as a , no damage for a soft landing (such as wet mud) and 2d12 for rough and sharp terrain (such as a jaggedy floor of ice). For every 10 ft less that the maximum throw distance, add an extra 1d12 of damage.

Lift: Upon a successful grapple, the caster may choose to lift the target in height to the maximum spells range, to a weight of 2128lb at 30 ft, or the full speed of 40ft if 1064lb or less. The caster may not choose to lift themselves.

Sweep: A caster may choose to knock down a number of enemies by striking enemies along its path of movement and successfully making a ranged touch attack on any medium or smaller creature. Upon a successful attack the creature must makes a reflex save equivalent to the spell DC, or be affected as by the Awesome Blow feat (Monster Manual pg303).

P.S Sorry for reading like the grapple rules, it has a lot of functions and applications. :smallconfused:
