Half-templates?

Can someone point me in the direction of the rules on half-races (dragon/golem/etc.)? I'm trying to make a mildly optimized effigy, not quite Mr. Robot, but powerful, and these templates are key to that.

Half-dragon, half-fiend, half-celestial are under H (http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/monsters.htm). Half-golem isn't OGL, as far as I know.

Ah ok, I searched a little and found the pertinent ones. I thought it would be a Half-x template, but no. Thanks for the help guys.

Half-Fey is in Fiend Folio, of all places.
