Are there more exalted feats than the ones in the Book of Exalted Deeds?

Yes. Best places to look are Faerun books- Player's Guide to Faerun, Champions of Valor. Faerun content is often compatible with other settings.

I'm not sure if there are any Eberron books with them in though.

There are a total of 53 exalted feats across three different books (BoED, PGtF, CoV.)

Chances are, your character doesn't qualify for or want even 5 of them.

Sorry, I understand the acronyms for the first two, but what book does CoV stand for?

CoV is Champions of Valor. It's basically the Book of Exalted Deeds for Faerun.
