Int boosting Templates.

Ok, does anyone know of any templates that give a boost to the Int attribute?

Please list the LA and the Boost, as well as either a link to an Online source or what book the template is from and the page number.

Lastly, I need Templates, Not base races. Thank you.

Phrenic. You might also want to consider Riddled and/or Spellhoarding if you're playing a Dragonwrought Kobold. Both have a +6 INT bonus each (though there are associated WIS penalties).

What level adjustment can you use? Do you get a free amount?

The templates I could find were:
Spellwarp: + 4 Int Spell resistance and a bonus whenever you resist a spell. Lvl Adjustment + 3: MM3

Half Nymph: + 2 Int + Fear aura. Lvl Adjustment 2 (DR313)

Also Phrenic http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/monsters/phrenicCreature.htm is a good template for + 2 int.

Int increasing templates are exceedingly rare...

I believe they are in Dramoconion (Sp?) but they can only be added to a true dragon type. Hence the Dragonwrought Kobold
