What are some cool optimization for Glyph of Warding and its greater counterpart? I'm sure that I've heard some insane way to get some powerful effect(s) from these before, but I can't for the life of me recall what/where.
Edit: In the same vein, any useful tricks with Earthbound Spell? Still pretty sure there was something borderline exploitative with Glyph of Warding spells, but this seemed interesting as well.
