A couple of quick questions. Are any of the bloodline feats that were reprinted in the Dragon Compendium not 1st level only?

Are there any other feats besides those, Extra Spell, Mother Cyst, and Draconic Legacy that add spells known?

Improved Oneiromancy from Heroes of Horror (page 123) adds four spells known to your list. Has two other feats as prerequisites though.

That is just adding them to your list. Plus one of those feats (obviously a typo) doesn't exist. That will make it hard to satisfy the prereqs.

I'm pretty sure they mean Dreamtelling, not Dreamcasting...

Cerebrosis from dragon magazine adds some far realms related spells to your spells known. Obtainable as a bonus feat with ritual of the blot which costs 2 knowledge (arcanna) checks (DC 26 and 28), 1400 gp and 1 constitution point.

The summons from this feat are horrible, however the other spells are decent to good.

But none of the bloodline feats have a 1st level only requirement. In fact teh text on bloodlines states

"The base bloodline feats are most advantageous when taken in conjunction with the character's first level of sorcerer (or another class that casts spells in the same manner), but they can also prove beneficial to characters of higher level, especially for the purpose of accessing the other bloodline-related feats"

The only restriction is that you can only take one of the base bloodline feats (but as many of the follow ups as you meet the requirements for)

Thanks. I was reading them on Realmshelps, and they have marked some 1st level only, but that seemed to contradict the text that said, "If you take this feat after 1st level..."

Isn't there an eberron feat that gives you the spell like abilities of a dragon mark as spells known?

You're probably thinking of the Drake-Helm (Eberron Explorer's Handbook p. 151). Add some attuned Syberis dragonshards, and it adds them to your spells known.

There's also a "Wand Bonding" feat in Stormreach that I think lets Warforged attune to a wand and add that spell to their spells known.
