I've been wanting to try out a bit of SAD with an archer cleric utilizing zen archery, a dip into monk and then pumping wis as much as possible. Anyone know of any preexisting builds for this or have any advice? Any source is game, but core would be nice.

If you start at a decent level, ditch the monk dip for a Monk's Belt. Every level is precious when you're a full spellcaster, to be sure.

Archery in general often consists of getting as many attacks as possible, and some reliable sources of bonus damage to make them do more than tickle. A bow with the Splitting enchantment is expensive, and not core, but excellent for accomplishing the former.

Divine metamagic is an excellent way to make it more viable, since Persisting or Quickening various short-duration buffs allows you to put them up without spending precious turns being useless. A good old Divine Favor is shockingly useful, not to mention Divine Power/Righteous Might. And of course, pump strength as much as is cost-effective, since a composite bow isn't much of a cost investment. If you can get an Energy Bow (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ask/20061227a) then go for it, the ranged power attack ability is fantastic for pumping damage.

That's all I can come up with offhand, anyway. For the most part it's not too different from a melee clericzilla.
