Avatar removed

Hey, I just noticed as I logged in today that my avatar was removed. It was a picture of Malack that a friend of mine made for me to use here. I forgot to ask if I was allowed to use it, as it's one of Rich characters. But since it was my friend who did the drawing, do I need Rich permission to use the avatar anyway? And how can I get this permission? Or is it just a sure "no" right away?

Sheriff: It looks to me like you put in a link to an image but forgot to check the Custom button. So it's still set on Order of the Stick avatar. That said, when I went in and clicked the custom button for you, your imageshack link returned a 403 Forbidden error. Try rehosting the image and adding the new link to your profile. Make sure you check the "custom" button.
