Globe of invulnerability

For many years I'd been under the impression that the globe moves _with_ the caster.

But looking at the spell description the other day it struck me that perhaps it is supposed to be immobile?

Opinions?

Well it does have 'immobile' as the 2nd word as the spell description. Helped by the fact you can 'leave and return to the globe at any time.

I believe that's correct- it's the difference between "area centered on you" and "area originating from you" or just the line "moves with you" (compare to Antimagic Field.)
