I'm curious, other than wishes or something, is there a way to become effectively immortal? I mean old age mainly, but otherwise is fine. The character will have 19th level wizard casting, so all wizard spells are good. No charisma or UMD though.

I would prefer to not become undead as that isn't quite the same.

Become a 20th level wizard and take the immortality arcane discovery in place of your bonus feat. Level 20 alchemists can also find also find a cure for aging, which strongly implies immortality.

Have a druid reincarnate you when you're about to die.

Elans exist in Pathfinder now.

Polymorph Any Object. Turn yourself into a young version of yourself whenever you feel you've gotten too old.

That runs the risk of dying when I enter an AMF. Which is bound to happen eventually.

does your true form age while you're polymorphed? If not, polymorph into yourself NOW, and change back whenever you figure you've gotten too old. Rinse and repeat.

Alternatively wish yourself into a warforged.

Have a druid reincarnate you when you're about to die.

Also, Reincarnate works on Death from Old Age in Pathfinder, which makes this that much easier.

Heck, the Reincarnated Druid ACF from Ultimate Magic gets a free reincarnate whenever they die unless it's within a week of the last one. (Yes, I swear it's there just to let you play the Doctor.)

Be a 20th level Alchemist. Create Elixirs of Life and Philosopher Stones.

Reading the listing, it looks like a Witch could used the Forced Reincarnation hex on themselves... Hm...

If you're playing in PF's default campaign setting, just chug a Sun Orchid Elixir (Inner Sea World Guide) and you're a young adult again. Repeat as long as you can afford fresh doses of the elixir.

And you may want to make sure you have the power to fend off Maruts all your life.

Assuming PF has those. I wouldn't know.

You don't even need a druid - Reincarnate is low enough to be within range of even Limited Wish.

Make it to 20th level Monk of the Four Winds.

If you can do that, you probably deserve it.

I think you can combine Quiggong with Four Winds, so you'd be fine.
