Wow, +1 to that. Aside from that you can take standstill and combat reflexes, Reach weapon... and maybe even martial study: iron heart surge.
I'm not one for making equipment but "A little lock build for you" the thread has some good tanking feats, that can really show how you can be a melee threat if you have the right geat... and the gear is ther.
