Yes, because you, as a manifester, are by definition "one psionic creature" and therefore are a valid target of the power.

yes the description says "target creature" but the first sentence says "another" creature. That is why i was asking, you obvously arent another creature and it says you must link minds with another and doing so with yourself kinda doesnt make sence. Get what i mean?

Fluff is not a basis for rules. You are an eligible target for the power.

Hmm maybe a nother flaw in the guide :S

Midnight augmentation reduces the cost of the Powers Augment by 1. You are not augmenting either power, so how does it reduce the power manifest cost by -1

-2 Midnight Augmentation (which scales like any essentia feat) or Dominant Ideal
Pay 3PP, get 4PP back.

Torc of Power Preservation and the feat Earth Power both reduce costs of powers by 1, I believe. Can't use warth power with metapsionics unless you can get more psionic foci tucked away somewhere.

Nope, but it's a +1 essentia feat readily available to psionics users, just like Psicarnum Crystal.
