Simply put, I am looking for a theurge class that advances both divine spellcasting and psionic manifesting. In particular, I would like this class to be accessible to a Psion/Archivist. If such a class exists, please tell me in what sourcebook I can locate it. If no such class exsists or the one that dose exsist sucks beyond salvation then is there an arcane/psionic theurge in existence? If so, what sourcebook is it in?

Cerebremancer (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/prestigeClasses/cerebremancer.htm) is your arcane/psionic theurge. (Expanded Psionic Handbook)
Psychic Theurge (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040925b) is your divine/psionic theurge. (Mind's Eye website)

Cerebremancer is in XPH, and Psychic Theurge (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040925b) was online.
Neither looks any better than a Mystic Theurge, but cause psionicists are better at taking manifester loss, its a lot better for that fact.

Psionics can also produce extra actions easier (Schism), which allows you to psion/magic together at the same time; much better than just having a bunch of spell slots and stuck wtih only one spell each round.

Yeah, wasn't there also a dragon mag class that was an arcane/psionic theurge with some actual class features? I forget what it was called, but somebody mentioned it to me when describing a super-cheesy build that got infinite spells per-day somehow. I don't want to use it for that, but it could be used as a means for continued advancement after cerebremancer...dose anybody know what it is?

Yep.
Ardents' (complete psionic) powers known come from their mantles, and those are dependent on Manifester Level, not actual Ardent level. So a cleric 10/ardent 6 with the practiced manifester has access to 5th level powers from his mantles.
Ardent also manifests from wisdom, which is synergizes well with cleric, or better yet, ur-priest. Ardent 9/ur priest 2/ psychic theurge 9 with practiced manifester gets 9th level powers and 9th level cleric spells, and is wisdom SAD. Unforunately, you'll only have a Caster Level of 11 for Ur-Priest unless you pick up practiced caster, but even then, it will only be 15.

The 3.0 Mind Mage, from DR 313. Combines manifesting and arcane casting. You can find it here:

Early entry can be accomplished with spellhoarding lore drakes :smallwink:

This thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132452) might be interesting. The first post is missing a few that are mentioned later in the thread, although nothing else that progresses arcane/psionic.
