Can you deliver a touch attack with a hit from a natural weapon? For example, can a psion deliver Hammer (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/hammer.htm) damage on a successful attack with Claws of the Beast (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/clawsoftheBeast.htm) natural weapon attack?

Also, if you had a main hand weapon + claws + bite + tail could you make a primary attack with your weapon then 3 secondary attacks with your natural weapons as a full attack action?

Psionics uses the same rules as spells when it comes to handling touch attacks - and these rules state quite clearly that this is possible:

...you may make a normal unarmed attack (or an attack with a natural weapon) while holding a charge [for a touch spell]. In this case, you aren’t considered armed and you provoke attacks of opportunity as normal for the attack. (If your unarmed attack or natural weapon attack doesn’t provoke attacks of opportunity, neither does this attack.) If the attack hits, you deal normal damage for your unarmed attack or natural weapon and the spell discharges.

As for the other thing, yes, but your natural attacks are all secondary (at -5 and 1/2 STR), and if your claw hand is busy with a weapon, then you can't use that hand to claw. A popular way around this is using an unarmed strike as your armed attack routine, so that your hands aren't occupied with anything.

Yes, you can do all of that. You need to hit regular AC instead of touch AC, though.

1. Yes you can as long as you've manifested the powers on different rounds since they're both swift actions.

2. Of course. Check out the different monsters in the Monster Manual like the Centaur (Longsword + 2 Hooves), Kuo-toa (Shortspear + bite), Lizardfolk (club and bite).

I don't know if the rules for this are ever explicitly stated, but the number of examples is obviously enough to prove the point. If you look at the Salamander listing of the Noble Salamander you can see how the BAB increase allows for the weapon to get multiple attacks, but the creature's natural weapon(s) will never get extra attacks due to increases in base attack bonus.

TYVM, I have not been taking advantage of natural attacks like I should :)
