The idea is to make a cloak that can both make the character fly and be used as a extra-dimensional space when needed, not unlike this guy (http://www.marveldirectory.com/individuals/c/cloak.htm), except that ours will not be able to be used offensively, only for item storing and maybe defensively (evading a area of effect ability by entering the extra-dimensional space of the cloak?).
This is just an idea that hit me when making my last character, so if you can add some improvements (and what would the price of said item be), I'd be most grateful.
