Alright, so I'm trying to find some nice diseases for D&D. Official WotC 3.0/3.5 only.

I know of those in DMG, BoVD, and XPH.

Are there any more? Particularly those spread from creatures. 'Ravages' or whatever don't count, only actual diseases.

Any ideas?

Rust Monsters spread a rather more troubling disease than the good ol' Slimy Doom. :smallbiggrin:

The DMG doesn't list any diseases from monsters in the other MMs, 2-5, so you could check them. Unfortunately, I don't know of any resources that already list them for you, just ones frome the DMG.

Honestly, diseases are pretty easy to homebrew. Pick a DC, a means of infection, an incubation time, a primary damage, a secondary damage, and you're good to go. The real fun/hard part is naming it and coming up with decent fluff for it.
