Looking for a game

There was an on-line game mentioned in one of the threads here. It was a fantasy game in which you built up a kingdom by giving orders that were carried out twice a day at preset times. Any one know the game of which I write and/or have a link to it?

Definitely not Evony, Evony had a much larger amount of micro-management going on beyond a mere twice a day issuing of orders ^^
