In the campaign I'm running, I'm using the Shards of Alara block from magic the gathering as inspiration. I'm pretty obvious about it but I don't think my players have caught on. For instance, the nation of Bant. The way the soldiers are trained, the give a passive circumstance bonus to when only one person is attacking (exalted mechanic) said target. But with the nation of Esper, every thing is an artifact or artifact creature. At first I was thinking construct for these people, but these people are living as well so they need a con score. Maybe a Construct/Humanoid? From a balance perspective, what would you guys and gals do?
