Templates that increase size

I'm looking for templates that increase size. Sadly, Half-Minotaur and Half-Ogre will not do and neither will Titanic Creature, because the template has to be applicable to a hydra.

Nevermind, I was thinking of monster of legend but it does not increase size...

Pathfinder has the Giant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/simple-template-giant-cr-1) template. Bumps size up one category, has some minor STR/DEX/CON/NA changes. +1LA

The Advanced Bestiary by Green Ronin has the Gigatean and Juton-blooded templates. They should be sufficient to get you where you need.... (i do not have the book currently so I can't give you more details) Also www.monsteradvancer.com has some fairly simple ways of beefing up monsters.
