How much of Forgotten Realms is Ed Greenwood or Ed Greenwood approved?

So, I noticed an argument about the wall of the faithless & its necessity & fairness and so on and so forth, and got to wondering about how much of it was from the original man and how much of it has been the result of design by committee.

Given how retarded it is, of course the first reaction is to blame a committee.

However, the soap opera that is the forgotten realms pantheon(s), has for a long time been of remarkably lower quality than the rest of the setting, so it is hard to say for sure.
