I'm wondering, do you need high dex to make use of Stormguard Warrior?

Say, with Robilar's Gambit, you get attacked 4 times, so you get 4 AoOs. You refrained from all of them. However, you only have 14 dex, so you could only take 2 AoOs.

Do you get 4 refrains, or 2 refrains to fuel Channel the Storm?
Also, since you did no AoOs, if there are further provocations, after refraining from 4 AoOs, could you take 2 AoOs in the same round?

Each attack triggers an AoO separately, not all at once. You can then choose to either take the AoO or to forgo it. If you forgo it, you have not taken one of your AoOs for the round, meaning you still have 2 AoOs when the next attack is resolved. You then repeat the process until you either take both attacks or until the enemy runs out of iterative attacks. You would get 4 uses of Channel the Storm, and can then ruin their day.

A Dex of 10 is enough to use Stormguard Warrior, as you never take the AoOs.
