Has anyone noticed a discrepancy in the skills shown in the starting packages in the player's handbook?
For example the Elf Wizard starting package shows
skill/ranks
spellcraft/4
concentration/4
knowledge arcana/4
decipher script/4
hide(cc)/2
move silently(cc)/2
search(cc)/2
spot(cc)/2
so with cross class skills costing twice as much that adds up to 32 skill points
wizards get (2+int mod)x4 so 32/4=8 and 8-2=6 so the starting package assumes you have a beginning intelligence modifier of +6? so starting off at level one with at least at 22 intelligence?
Maybe I missed something, but what gives?
