Build conundrum(making a breath focused dragonborn gnome)

Good morning Playground! I am in need of some ideas on how to go about building a flavorful elemental breathing dragonborn gnome for a level 1 eberron campaign that I might be playing in. The only real restriction is that we get 1 trait, no flaws and I cannot take entangling breath until my 3rd HD.

So how would you go about doing it?

Wait, why can't you? DM restriction? Cause I don't see anything in the rules.

If its DM restriction, take Ability Focus: Breath Weapon at 1st level. +2 to DCs is always handy.

Yeah, it is a DM restriction, while i was hoping to go for Clinging breath and Entangling breath (for those pesky casters) but i guess ability focus is nice too.

I'd take psicrystal affinity and wait until 3rd level. Don't give up on the dream man!
