Dream Demon

This is a class I made for a player of mine. There are some world specific things in it but I would like to get some balancing comments.
All the stats above describe a summoned dream demon on the mortal plane.

Abilities: Charisma is most important for the dream demon as it determines the strength of its spells.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: You are proficient with all simple weapons. You are not proficient with any type of armor or shield.

Spellcasting: A dream demon casts divine spells spontaneously.
Like other spellcasters, the dream demon can cast only a certain number of
spells of each spell level per day. In addition, she receives bonus
spells per day if she has a high Charisma score (see Table 1–1: Ability
Modifiers and Bonus Spells, page8).

Mortal Face: At 1st level, a dream demon gains the ability to change her appearance at will, as if using the disguise self spell. This affects the dream demon’s body but not her possessions. It is not an illusory effect, but a minor physical alteration of the dream demon’s appearance, within the limits described for the spell. The dream demon can only alter to one unique mortal form per race. It can not use its Lifeblood ability or wings while disguised as a mortal.

Demon Body: The dream demon loses all other racial bonuses and gains outsider traits(basicaly dark vision 60 foots). She's an outsider with base speed 30 feets. If the dream demon is slayn on the material plane,
she returns to hell, like any demon. The dream demon is bound to its geas and can't act against it. THe dream demon is also counts as a demon for all purposes.

Dream Sight(Su): The dream demon is able to see the dreams of any currently dreaming creature she sees. This ability is activated at all times.

Lifeblood(Su): The dream demon needs to drink the blood of living creatures to survive in the mortal realm. It needs to drink at least 1 liter of blood from a living creature each day or looses the ability to use the Dreamway and Dream Gate abilities and the ability to refresh any used spell slots. Also the dream demon looses one point of Co every day it does not drink.

Ability increase: The dream demon gains +1 Cha at levels 1, 5, 9, 13, 17 and 20.

Lesser Dream Gate(Su): At the 5th level the dream demon gains the ability to open a portal to the world of dreams and summon a nightmare creature to the mortal realm as a standart action. The dream demon chooses a conduit, a creature that is able to dream within 40 feets. This ability only works if the chosen creature is not immune to fear as such creatures do not have nightmares. The dream demon than summons one of the nightmares of the chosen creature into the mortal plane.
This summoned creature is a creature at the DMs discretion. Its challange rating is equal to the level of the dream demon. The summoned creature is not under the control of the dream demon, but will try to attack teh creature whose nightmares it came from first. Otherwise the nightmare creature acts to its nature.
The conduit must best a fear based will save against DC 6+ your dream demon class level or is panicked for 1 round. This happens as soon as he sees the nightmare creature. In any case the conduit is shaken for the duration of the battle.
As the lord of dreams notices the missing nightmare the summoned creature is returned to the world of dreams after 1d12 rounds.
If the nightmare creature is slayn by the conduit himself the nightmares about that creature vanish forever. In any case after the creature is slayn it will reform on the plane of dreams to again hunt the dreams of the mortals.

Wings: At 7th level the dream demon gains its wings allowing it to fly at a speed of 50 foot with good maneuverability.

Dreamway(Su): At the 8th level the dream demon gains the ability to open a pathway to the dreamlands. This ritual needs 1 minute and a currently dreaming creature as a focus. The dream demon and up to eight willing creatures joining hands are instantly transported into the dreams of the focus creature. The can move freely in the dream realm. The dream demon also gains the ability to travel from the dream realm back to the mortal plane. This is works exactly like the other way around and the dream demon and its companions appear next to the creature whose dreams they were in last.

Greater Dream Gate(Su): The most powerful ability of the dream demon. At the 20th level the dream demon gains the ability to open a greater gate to the dreamscape. Once per week the dream demon as a standart action the dream demon can summon nightmare creature as by Lesser Dream Gate for every chosen creature within 60 feets.
